What Happens After You Apply
Step 1 — Application Review
I’ll review your application to determine whether this type of support is appropriate for your needs and within the scope of Northbound Roots education and navigation services.
Step 2 — Connection Call
If Northbound Roots appears to be a potential fit, you’ll be invited to a complimentary 30-minute connection call. We’ll talk through where you are in your cancer journey, what feels most overwhelming right now, and what type of support may fit your current needs.
Step 3 — Next Steps
After our conversation, we’ll determine whether Cancer Clarity, Thrive Through Cancer, or Thrive After Cancer may be the best fit for where you are right now. If Northbound Roots isn’t the right fit, I’ll let you know and may share general resources that could be helpful.
