You don’t have to navigate cancer alone.

Nurse-led education and navigation support to help you feel more prepared, informed, and supported during active treatment  alongside your oncology team.

Cancer brings information, appointments, and emotions all at once. This support is designed to help slow things down, break information into manageable pieces, and prepare you for conversations and decisions  without replacing your medical care.

You were never meant to carry this on your own.

Many people are handed a diagnosis and expected to keep up with treatment plans, appointments, unfamiliar language, and daily life all at the same time. It’s overwhelming , especially without steady support.

This program is for you if:
  • you feel overwhelmed, confused, or under-supported during treatment

  • questions come up after appointments and linger

  • you want help making sense of the care process without replacing your oncology team

  • you’re looking for steady, informed support through uncertainty

You’re not failing at cancer. You simply haven’t been given the time, space, and support to process everything that’s happening.

Thrive Through Cancer™

12–16 weeks of nurse-led education & navigation support

Thrive Through Cancer is a concierge-level support program for individuals undergoing active cancer treatment.

This program focuses on education, preparation, and navigation, helping you feel more oriented to your care process and more confident communicating with your oncology team.

We work one-on-one to support understanding, organization, and coping throughout treatment.

You’ll receive:

  • One-on-one navigation sessions spaced throughout the program

  • Weekday text-based support for clarification, question preparation, and organization

  • Access to a private education library you can use at your own pace

  • An optional reflective workbook for patients and caregivers

  • Support that adapts as treatment plans and circumstances evolve

  • Caregiver participation when appropriate and with patient consent

This is not a course, and there is no required content to complete. Support is guided by what is happening for you in real time.

Your oncology team directs your medical care.
My role is to provide education, navigation, and preparation support alongside that care.

How we’ll work together

Apply
Share a few details so we can confirm that this type of support is appropriate and within nursing scope.

Personalized, Ongoing Support
You’ll receive sessions, messaging support, and tools to help you prepare for appointments, communicate clearly, and feel more grounded throughout treatment.

Meet for an Orientation Session
If we’re a good fit, we’ll talk through where you are in the care process and identify a focus for support.

Transition with Intention
As treatment evolves or changes, we’ll discuss what type of support feels appropriate next,  continued navigation or survivorship-focused guidance.

By the end of this program, you may feel:

  • more prepared for appointments and follow-up conversations

  • more comfortable communicating with your oncology team

  • better oriented to the care process and what to expect

  • supported with coping tools for emotional steadiness

  • clearer about next phases of support

Clarity can reduce fear. Education can build confidence. Support can make this feel more manageable.

Caregiver involvement

Caregivers help carry a significant load. They shouldn’t have to do it without guidance.

With patient consent, caregivers may attend sessions and receive tools to support communication, organization, and coping  while honoring the patient’s autonomy.

What this program is — and isn’t

This program does not:

  • diagnose, prescribe, or choose treatment

  • replace your oncology team

  • interpret scans, labs, or test results

  • provide emergency or urgent symptom care

This program offers...

  • education to support appointment preparation and discussion

  • guidance on how to organize questions and concerns

  • communication and coping tools

  • general nutrition education to support informed conversations

For sudden, severe, or rapidly worsening symptoms, contact your oncology team or emergency services.

Program Length

12–16 weeks

Cancer care is not linear. This flexible timeframe allows meaningful support during periods of planning, treatment, waiting, and adjustment  without forcing milestones.

Important Scope Note

Thrive Through provides education, navigation, and emotional support only.
It does not replace medical care, provide medical advice, or manage treatment decisions.

Your oncology team remains your primary source for medical guidance.

Investment

Investment depends on the level and duration of support that’s appropriate for your situation.

Program options and payment details are reviewed clearly during your application conversation so you can make an informed choice without pressure.

Concierge-level support is offered to ensure personalized, high-touch guidance.

Optional Continuation Support

If, at the end of Thrive Through, you’re still in active treatment or not ready to transition into survivorship support, an optional month-to-month continuation is available.

This includes:

  • Weekday text-based navigation support only

  • Continued access to the education library and workbook

  • No scheduled calls

This option is intended as a short-term bridge and may be continued or ended month to month.
